Travellers for yachts to 15m/50ft loa

A range of traveller systems for use on larger yachts up to 15m L.O.A running on our heavy duty 489 track. The four and six wheel versions should be used up to approximately 12m l.o.a. with the eight wheel versions for larger boats. All feature heavy duty take off attachments through bolted for added security. Control line blocks where fitted have low friction ball bearing sheaves accepting lines up to 10mm. End fittings slide snugly onto track and are easily secured by track fastening bolts. NOTE: FOR YACHTS OVER 12 METERS, EIGHT WHEELED VERSIONS OF THESE CARS MUST BE USED, PLEASE STATE REQUIREMENTS WHEN ORDERING.

489T "I" section track:
Extruded with hollow section for light weight and high load capability. Drilled for fastenings and plunger stops and silver anodised. Supplied in metric lengths.

Track can be custom curved to special requirements. Please enclose a detailed drawing when ordering giving all dimensions of curvature.

Suggested boat sizes are given for guidance only and assume a monohull with boom end sheeting leading vertically to the traveller.
Mid boom sheeting or severely angled take offs impose greater loads and allowances should be made for these systems.
Crash stops should be used to prevent cars damaging track end fittings.
