| Tiller extensions & furling gear
TILLER EXTENSIONS:
Manufactured from Aluminium or PVC extruded tubes are available in a variety of lengths to suit most purposes. All feature our new flexible joint which can be easily removed from the tiller if required. Both types are grey in colour and are available with golf grip options.
ALUMINIUM EXTENSIONS:
Are "Spectro" grey anodised which gives a good feel and will not degrade in sunlight.
EXTRUDED PLASTIC EXTENSIONS:
Made from a heavy duty extruded PVC tube manufactured especially for Barton. Coloured grey and U.V. stabilised they will not degrade in sunlight.
LADDER TILLER EXTENSIONS:
Manufactured from extruded aluminium and white powder coated. the flexible joint is supplied loose to enable the extension to be cut to required length before fitting. Supplied in two lengths and tube diameters.
FLEXIBLE TILLER JOINTS:
Manufactured from high tech polymers that withstand countless flexings, this new joint can be easily removed from the tiller assembly by popping off the snap on cap. Two versions are available, the smaller diameter giving a softer action for shorter extensions.
FURLING GEAR:
Single line operation for dinghies, dayboats and light cruising boats. two drum sizes work along with the common head swivel. All have stainless steel ball races for a smooth operation. Drums are moulded from high quality plastics with stainless steel. Head swivel from anodised aluminium with stainless steel ball race. |
