This range of high load cruiser blocks are of a rugged construction featuring high quality injection moulded side plates with all load carrying components from 316 grade stainless steel. Side plates are through bolted and riveted for added strength and security. This good looking and versatile range is designed for use on larger cruising and racing yachts. All are designed for ease of use with our Ball Bearing Mainsheet Traveller Systems.
A comprehensive range of Camcleat, Fiddle and Fiddle & Camcleat versions are also included.
BALL BEARING BLOCKS:
With our unique super low friction Ball Race System featuring Acetal Sheaves with Delrin ball bearings running on a large diameter centre boss. This allows us to fit more load bearing balls which ensure extremely low friction performance even under high loads.
PLAIN BEARING BLOCKS:
Have a precision moulded Acetal sheave running a large diameter centre bearing ensuring free running under extremely high loadings.
FIXED EYE:
Has a plain attachment eye.
REVERSE SHACKLE:
Removable shackle can be set in line or at 90° to the sheave.
SWIVEL:
Solid stainless steel swivel eye through a solid trunion assembly through bolted to the block is capable of operation under the highest loads. A forged stainless steel screw pin shackle is also fitted.
VARILOC MULTI HEAD:
Allows swivel to be locked at 30 degree positions in relation to sheave. Inverting the lock converts to swivel mode. Supplied with screw pin shackle.
SNAP SHACKLE:
Features a cast stainless steel snap shackle with swivelling action. Ideal for use as quick release downhauls or vang tackles.
STANDUP BLOCKS:
Have a flexible plastic spring for anti tumble action. Precision turned solid aluminium base. Base Dia: 67mm. Fastening Dia: 6mm.
CAMCLEAT BLOCKS:
Fitted with Kevlar 'K'Cam as standard. Stainless steel cam arms are all fully adjustable by moving the locking clevis pin to achieve the correct sheeting angle. This range of blocks used in conjunction with relevant fiddle blocks are particularly useful for use as mainsheet tackles, vang tackles or powerful downhauls on cruising or racing yachts and catamarans.

Important Notice: Break Loads
Where break and safe working loads are stated, it assumes that all sheaves are evenly loaded as in a purchase tackle. Uneven loading or loading of one sheave in a double or triple block will severely affect strengh quoted.
