Located in Yarmouth, an historic and beautiful harbour town on the western side of the Isle of Wight sits Harwoods of Yarmouth. Established in 1893 as an ironmongery and forge, Harwoods has moved with the times and is now the largest chandlery store in the West Wight.

Known as a one stop shop for supplying anything from the latest hand held VHF or outboard engine to compasses, highest spec wet weather gear to wooden spoons.

As well as our large range of chandlery, marine clothing and footwear, we also sell fashion clothing and shoes for men, women and children, fishing kit, kitchenware, tools, camping accessories and giftware. The list is never ending and constantly growing.

We stock most of the leading marine brands such as Barton Marine, Holt, Harken and Spinlock and hold a good range of products that suit all requirements and pockets.

We combine genuine personal service with traditional and up the minute technology.

We have far too many products to list and rather than selling online prefer to offer our customers the opportunity to talk to us about their requirements.

Any products we have in stock can be paid for by credit card over the phone and dispatched same day – if we don’t have it in stock we will get it for you as soon as possible.
